The story of a photographer

Hi, I am Kaila Stinson- owner of Stinson Photography! Being on the cusp between Gen X and Millennials, I had the privilege of experiencing the transition from film cameras to digital. Regardless of the camera type, capturing memories has always been a passion of mine. In 2013, my boyfriend (now husband) gifted me my first DSLR. Initially, I didn't foresee shooting professionally, but as I honed my skills, I felt compelled to share my talent with others. Soon after, the Stinson Photography community blossomed, forging forever friendships with many clients. Over the years, I've had the joy of photographing children through their milestones, from childhood portraits, to proms & graduations, to their very own family sessions.
